What exactly are the benefits and uses of UV lighting on the inactivation of SARS-CoV-2?
With Covid-19 affecting all levels of society, progress towards a solution in the shape of a vaccine have been reported to be still a long time away. In a recent breakthrough earlier this June however, the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL) at Boston University and Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting) have validated the effectiveness of Signify’s UV-C light sources on the inactivation of SARS-CoV-2.
This webinar – taking place on July 8, 3PM – 4PM, will provide its attendees further insight in the beneficial effects on ultra-violet lighting and how this can be applied in every day use.
The following topics will be discussed:
- What is Ultra-Violet Lighting – C (UV-C)?
- What recent breakthrough has been achieved?
- What role is uv-c expected to play in the new normal?
- How can this be applied in every-day use (offices, industry, hospitality, retail)
This Webinar is organized in a joint effort between the Australian-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Philippines, British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines, the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.
