Mr. Lars Wittig is a business executive with regional responsibilities while based in the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, USA, and his native Denmark. He moved to the Philippines first time over 20 years ago, where he has worked for the Coca-Cola Co. as Director within marketing, Dole Packaged Foods as Marketing Manager Asia, and EAC Philip Morris distribution. Since 2012, he is the Country Manager for Regus Philippines and was responsible for making it one of the fastest growing providers of service office space in the company’s global operations. Lars has been awarded the Asia CEO Expatriate Executive Award in 2014.
Ms. Carol Dominguez is the President and CEO of John Clements Consultants, Inc., the Philippines’ leading recruitment and human resources services firm and the premier provider of talent and training for shared services and BPO companies. Before joining John Clements Consultants, she held management positions in London, Italy and the US with Citibank. Carol was a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and holds a Masters of Management Degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, IL.
Mr. Hervé Alfieri is a French citizen who has been working for 25 years in SE Asia, including 10 years stationed in the Philippines. He incorporated and developed several FinTech companies in the Philippines, and successfully implemented innovative and disruptive e-payment programs to fulfil the needs of the local banked, underbanked and unbanked populations (prepaid, debit & credit solutions). With Tapp Commerce, he is creating new commerce opportunities and networks, increasing economic participation and ultimately fighting for inclusive growth and financial inclusion.
