NordCham Philippines in partnership with Trends and Concepts and SPACES are pleased to invite you to “Building Communities in the Workplace” on November 28, 2018, from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at SPACES Manila, World Plaza, BGC.

Building communities within the workplace is about working in a positive environment. Companies through their operations and culture have a crucial role to play in promoting a healthy society. Strong communities in the workplace are in the best interest of the organisation, communities and the employees themselves. It can encourage key benefits that can have an impact on the reputations and results of the company.

Nordic countries have become renowned for fostering optimal work environment. Nordic companies working culture stands out such as in the business communication, business etiquette, and work-life balance. Nordic companies are constantly innovating and finding new ways to promote a healthier working culture within the workplace. By developing positive and virtuous cultures, the Nordics are able to achieve higher levels of organizational effectiveness, such as financial results, customer satisfaction, productivity, and employee engagement.

Following the presentations, panel discussion and Q/A, you will have the chance to network with our speakers and fellow participants in a casual and relaxing setting.
