We’ve had the great opportunity to talk to CSR Consultant for PacificTech Solutions, Inc., Rikke Fabrin. We talk about how PacificTech Solutions started their CSR strategy right in the middle of the pandemic and how they are incorporating the Sustainable Development Goals into their business model. Specifically, we talk about how they are also donating to poor communities, such as the orphanage Concordia Children’s Services, Inc. and Project Bantu, of which Rikke herself plays a big role.
Listen in on this podcast for inspiration. Here’s a snippet of what we talked about:
“I had to figure out who can actually help me here. I’m new in the company, I’m a foreign woman, and they don’t know me. So I had to find someone who can help me, so I hooked up with HR and that has been really good, they’ve been really nice to implement the CSR and get everything broadened out. It’s been really good help finding friends like that. Because I think if you’re just one person trying to spread it out, it’s too hard. I started getting a personal connection with people through doing enneagram personality typing and then it’s actually easier to get the next thing, so we start with the human capital and then we can go on to the next.”
